About Hatch Park

Hatch Park is located near to Ashford in Kent and extends across the parishes of Mersham, Smeeth, Brook and West Brabourne. Our 2,700 acre estate comprises an in-hand arable farm, grazing sheep and cattle, a let dairy farm and plenty of ancient woodland, all crossed by an extensive network of public footpaths. Environmental schemes are integrated across Hatch Park, and we take a conservation-led approach to the land we steward. A beautiful 17th century deer park of 190 acres lies at the heart of the estate, with a free grazing herd of fallow deer and ancient hornbeam woodland estimated to be over 1000 years old. This iconic woodland is the inspiration behind the hornbeam leaf used in our Estate logo.
